After coverage and assistance options, most people pay $0 per dose. In fact, 9 out of 10 people pay less than $10 out of pocket per dose.

Individuals may be responsible for varying out-of-pocket costs based on an individual’s plan and its benefits design. Additional costs may be incurred for product administration. Based on May 2023 to April 2024 data only from Specialty Pharmacies.

  • I have commercial insurance
    • CABENUVA may be covered on commercial insurance through medical benefits or pharmacy benefits:
      • Unlike daily HIV pills, which may be covered by your pharmacy benefits, CABENUVA may also be covered by your medical benefits. Make sure you check both
    • Ensure your provider verifies your benefits for both your medical insurance and your pharmacy insurance:
      • If your doctor refers you to an Alternative Site of Care (ASOC), ask if your insurance covers CABENUVA and the administration costs
